StHEALTH® allows managers to learn by doing and like a flight simulator works for a fighter pilot: StHEALTH® allows pharmaceutical managers to experience the effects of their decisions without facing the real-world consequences.

StHEALTH®, like Foster Rosenblatt's other simulations, places pharmaceutical managers in a competitive market situation where strategic decisions must be made to best manage the company. Teams may launch and withdraw products from the marketplace as well as promote, advertise, distribute, and design those products to best fit varying market segments. These management decisions are transferred to the master StHEALTH® program where decisions from other management teams who you are also competing against are assembled. The StHEALTH® simulation is then run forward one year effectively compressing time and producing financial and market share results for the various competing teams. Product market shares and profits go up or down depending on the quality of the team;s decisions, the movements of the market and the quality of the competitors decisions.
